Childhood Ultramarathon Runner Study
Did you complete an ultramarathon when you were under 19 years of age? Then we need you to participate in a study!
The study examines if there are adverse health effects from running ultramarathons as a child.
To participate, you must have completed an ultramarathon when you were under the age of 19. It doesn’t matter if you are still running or not.
Feel free to pass along information about this study to anyone you might know who qualifies to participate.
Participation involves completion of an anonymous online survey that should take no more than 30-45 minutes.
The study is funded by the Ultra Sports Science Foundation and has been organized by Volker Scheer, MD and Marty Hoffman, MD. If you have any questions about the study, you may contact Dr. Scheer.
